Our training needs are wide and varied. They are focused on five main areas namely Qualification, Technical, Personal, Commercial and Management. Training activities are organised under the Training Director, and the Training Manager. |

Qualification refers to those structured training schemes for gradate engineers under the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, which will lead them to professional qualification eventually. Maunsell is offering eight disciplines to graduates for them to develop their own interests and grow with us. The schemes are either on 2- or 3- year basis. Continuing Professional Development support in the form of study leave and training sponsorship is also provided. |

Technical mainly refers to training on technology update and project sharing, etc.; Personal means personal skill training like interpersonal and communication skills; Commercial refers to training associated with commercial activities like legal requirements/contract elements; whereas Management covers management training like risk management, project management, etc. |

Our training programs are reasonably structured but also flexible enough to allow for new opportunities. They are facilitated through different effective means such as on-the-job coaching, internal/external classroom training, library resources and other e-learning tools. |
